Ellen Bernards - Savings Expert

Ellen is GreenPath's Community Relations & Education Specialist in Wisconsin. In 2010, Ellen won the NFCC's Professional Achievement and Counseling Excellence (PACE) Outstanding Individual Counselor award for her dedication to helping others. In 2012, she was recipient of the Wisconsin Financial Literacy Award, awarded by the Governor’s Council on Financial Literacy.

Kathy Conley - Housing Expert

Kathy is an experienced housing counselor with a vast knowledge of housing programs.  In her current position as Housing Specialist, Kathy helps keep counselors up to date on options, trends, and the many reforms and remediations taking place in the world of housing.

Elizabeth Dickson - Bankruptcy Expert

When she is not diving into the topic of bankruptcy or training GreenPath employees, Elizabeth immerses herself in the performing arts.  She enjoys dancing and is proficient at eleven forms of dance, but can “fake her way” through several other styles.  She also enjoys singing and directing her church choir.

Chris Dlugozima - College Loan Expert

Chris Dlugozima is GreenPath’s New York-based community educator. Each year, he conducts more than 150 presentations to more than 3,000 individuals. Prior to his current role, Chris was a financial counselor with GreenPath. After spending over a dozen years with GreenPath, his blood is starting to turn green.

Mark Munzenberger - Breaking News Expert

Mark Munzenberger is responsible for GreenPath’s housing department and staff development. He is a member of the American Society of Training & Development, and is working on achieving his Certified Learning Professional certification.  

Aimee O'Brien - Credit Expert

Aimee is a trainer at GreenPath, and is proud that she carries a credit score of over 800.  When she is not working on ways to teach others about credit scores, you can find her at the hockey rink watching her son in action.

Akua Ofori-Mensa - Identity Theft Expert

Akua Ofori-Mensa earned her bachelor's degree in psychology and women’s studies, with a minor in biochemistry, all of which in no way qualifies her to give advice on finance. What does qualify her is her experience as a GreenPath certified financial counselor and training specialist. Also, her Dad has a PhD in economics. (When you grow up with a Dad like that, you can’t help but learn a thing or two about money.)

Amy Parten - Budgeting Expert

Amy is certified as a Consumer Credit Educator by the National Foundation for Credit Counseling, and a Certified Financial Education Instructor by the National Financial Educators Council. She is a community relations and education specialist at GreenPath. 

Melissa Rojas - Loans Expert

Melissa was nominated as GreenPath Counselor of the Year in 2012.  When she’s not at work, she’s usually at home with her family. She blogs to help people understand more about loans through her real life experiences. She also loves watching the Detroit Tigers and the smell of fresh cut grass.



Dan Gerwin
