Leadership Team

Kristen Holt - President and CEO

Kristen Holt is an executive with over 20 years of global leadership experience.  She brings a distinct combination of creativity with financial acumen, and has achieved success in an influential, complex non-profit at United Way for Southeastern Michigan and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, global professional services firm.  She is known for courageous decisions, ability to translate vision into action, uniting stakeholders with diverse interests, and her authentic, collaborative nature. With experience in both non-profit and for-profit enterprises, she is focused on bringing client-centered innovation to GreenPath Financial Wellness.

Kristen holds her MBA from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant.  She is a trained facilitator in design thinking. Currently, Kristen serves on the National Foundation for Credit Counseling board of directors, the national organization for nonprofit credit counseling.  She has served on multiple non-profit boards, including the Organic Trade Association, where she was elected as treasurer.

In 2011, she received the Athena Award for professional excellence, community service and actively assisting women in advancing their leadership and careers.

Kristen and her husband, Glenn, are the proud parents of two daughters.  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with family, going to Port Sanilac in northern Michigan, walking (and tracking steps on her Fitbit), and doing Crossfit.

Rick Bialobrzeski - Executive Vice-President of Strategy

Rick Bialobrzeski has worked as a director at GreenPath since 1996.  He is responsible for strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, government relations, community engagement, and public relations and communications.  Previously, Rick spent 10 years at Electronic Data Systems supporting General Motors.

He enjoys working at GreenPath because he likes his coworkers and appreciates the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others.  Away from the office, he spends a lot of time in ice rinks as a hockey coach and “hockey dad.”  Rick graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a minor in marketing.

Danielle Crane - Chief Administrative Officer

Danielle joined the GreenPath team in 2013, overseeing all aspects of Human Resources including talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and education, and organizational development. She is also responsible for workforce management and planning.  Danielle grew up on the talent acquisition side of HR, with more than 15 years of HR experience with non-profit and entrepreneurial organizations.
Danielle earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and English from Albion College, and a MBA from Walsh College.  She earned her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2008, which she maintains through continuing education and community outreach.  She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) at the national level, and also leads the Campus Relations Committee for the local Detroit chapter.

Rich Hollis - Chief Financial Officer

GreenPath added Rich Hollis to its leadership team as Chief Financial Officer in November 2015.  His primary responsibilities include oversight of the accounting, treasury and finance functions, ultimately supporting the strategic direction of the organization.  Prior to joining GreenPath, Rich most recently worked as Senior VP/CFO of Easter Seals - Michigan, and Finance Director for SMART Transportation.  He also held several positions over a 20-year career in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.  Rich has a MBA from the University of Detroit and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Wayne State University.
Ten years ago, Rich made the conscious decision to focus his professional career on mission-centered organizations.  He made this decision after nearly 15 years of uber involvement in the extracurricular activities of three active sons, and related fundraising in support of Catholic education.  At GreenPath, he continues to find gratification each and every day.

Donna McNeill - Chief Operating Officer

Donna has worked more than 25 years to support GreenPath and its mission of helping consumers lead financially healthy lives.   She has held a variety of positions throughout her tenure, including leadership positions over the past 15 years.   Donna enjoys working closely with her team to support their development and growth.  She is committed to cultivating an energizing corporate culture grounded in the core values of Quality, Integrity and Teamwork.   Her expertise in strategic planning, service delivery, quality assurance and information technology has helped enable GreenPath to become the highest quality provider of financial counseling and education services.

Donna has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Wayne State University.  She enjoys being outside as much as possible.  You can often find her hiking, swimming, boating, skiing or walking her dog.

Donna Doleman Dickerson - Chief Marketing Officer

Donna Doleman Dickerson leads the marketing and communications function at GreenPath. Hailing from a background in health care administration, pharmaceutical marketing, and economic development, she brings broad experiences to GreenPath. She draws on her creative skills and sense of adventure to build on the gifts of our organization, and reach the people that will value and benefit from our services. She jokes that she could market a shoelace – and we believe she could! – and she devotes her passion for marketing and communications to making GreenPath available and accessible to people all over the country.

From her time at Detroit Medical Center convening a collaboration of the CEOs of the Big 3 regional health systems, to her work in developing local marketing strategies for a major medicine producer, and her leadership of marketing, operations and fundraising for an Ann Arbor economic development organization, Donna excels at creating strategic marketing functions, structuring brands and developing audiences and relationships. Her penchant for marketing combines with a deep desire to empower all people to build their lives and achieve their dreams.

Donna earned her MBA in health care administration from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York. She graduated from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical  University with a bachelor’s degree in health care management.

He has served in executive positions across housing finance, including leadership at Fannie Mae and MBS Products in capital markets, mortgage-backed securities and investor relations.

Rod McGinniss - Senior Vice President of Business Development

Rod McGinniss leads business development for GreenPath and Homeownership Preservation Foundation. He is responsible for developing strategies and solutions to bring financial wellness services to mortgage lending institutions.

Rod’s ability to bridge the gap between for-profit financial services business interests and the financial wellness work of GreenPath and HPF reveal immense opportunities to support the health and happiness of individuals, build a more sustainable society, and strengthen the housing finance industry – all at the same time.

Rod has more than 30 years of experience in mortgage finance and capital markets, and has held senior leadership roles in business development, sales, institutional investor management, and mortgage asset trading. He holds a BS in business management from the University of Maryland and completed the NeighborWorks / Harvard Kennedy School Achieving Excellence Executive Leadership Program.

Nicole Bladzik - Director of Information Technology

Nicole has worked at GreenPath since 2003, holding leadership roles in quality assurance, process excellence, project management and information technology. Her teams ensure that GreenPath’s IT infrastructure and applications are always available to support employees, partners and customers.

Nicole's favorite thing about working at GreenPath is the people --- kind, caring, supportive, hard-working and FUN. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her two daughters. She also likes to run (preferably outside when the Michigan weather cooperates). Nicole is a graduate of Michigan State University.

David Flores - Director of Operations

David oversees the entire client-facing world of our workforce — from the team that handles the very first call a client makes to us, to the people that advise and support our clients as they work to meet their financial goals. David knows first hand the importance of financial literacy, access to opportunities and seeing possibilities. He is especially driven to connect with people who have limited access to the things they need to be financially healthy.

David is a graduate of the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center of Touro College and earned his bachelor’s degree at Michigan State University where he managed Coach Izzo’s basketball team and developed a treasure trove of basketball stories and analogies that still come in handy today.

He is a seeker and systems thinker, constantly asking how financial systems can be designed to empower people to use their money for the life they want to live. Bill draws on his experiences in the banking, financial planning and credit counseling industries, as well as a lifelong desire to effect positive change.

He earned his MBA in finance from Marquette University and graduated from the University of Wisconsin--Lacrosse with bachelor’s degrees in finance and economics.
